This is a Vendor Integration.

Collect Required Information from Vendor

IMPORTANT!

You must meet the following prerequisites before you can continue.

• You must have a user account with the Administrator role and be able to login to your subdomain.

• Example: {subdomain}.service-now.com

1. Log in to your ServiceNow subdomain (ex., {subdomain}.service-now.com) and activate the OAuth 2.0 plugin.

   • For more information on how to do so, refer to Activate a plugin.

   • Set the system property com.snc.platform.security.oauth.is.active to true.

2. Go to System OAuth > Application Registry.

3. Select the New button, and then select Create an OAuth API endpoint for external clients.

4. Set the Redirect URL to:

   • https://hydra-gateway-a2.calero.com/OAuthGateway/redirect,https://hydra-gateway-e1.calero.com/OAuthGateway/redirect

5. Set the Refresh Token Lifespan to:

   • 2,147,483,647

6. Copy/save the following fields for use when onboarding this Integration:

   • Subdomain

   • Client ID

   • Client Secret

Onboard This Integration

1. Go to SaaS Management > Applications.

2. Select Add Integration.

3. From the Discovery Apps tab, select the card with the vendor's name.

4. From the API tab, enter the field(s) you copy/saved above.

5. Select the Authorize button.

6. You will be redirected to the vendor portal login page.

7. Enter your administrator credentials and sign in.

8. Within the vendor portal, authorize the Calero.com application to fetch data.
