This is a Vendor Integration.
This integration collects 90 days of history by default upon first connection.
Collect Required Information from Vendor
IMPORTANT!
You must meet the following prerequisites before you can continue.
You must have admin level access.
Gather the following information to authorize your Five9 account.
Data Center — This will be used to build the base URL for collecting the data from your Five9 account.
Data Center can be chosen based on the following rules:
Accounts in US server must use the Data Center of com
Accounts in Europe must use eu
Accounts in Canada must use ca
Username & Password — This will be used to connect to the account using Basic Authentication. Calero.com will use these details to authorize each request that is sent.
Copy/save the following fields for use when onboarding this Integration:
Data Center
Username
Password
Onboard This Integration
Go to SaaS Management > Applications.
Select Add Integration.
From the Vendors tab, select the card with the vendor's name.
From the API tab, enter the field(s) you copy/saved above.
If your company has more than one instance (or “tenant”) of this application, you will also be prompted for a Connection Alias.
Select the Authorize button.
SUCCESS!
You will now be redirected to the Integrations page in Calero.com, where the data sync will continue in the background, and you can monitor progress.
SUGGESTION:
Access Help through your Calero.com instance if links between articles return errors or if there are fewer sections in the Help menu than expected. Doing so will ensure you see all Help articles.
