# KnowBe4

This is a Vendor Integration.

- This integration collects 180 days of history by default upon first connection.
  - Number of days is configurable by customer. Ask your Calero representative for more information.

## Collect Required Information from Vendor

> You must meet the following prerequisites before you can continue.

> - Your organization must be a Platinum or Diamond customer.

1. Log in to the KnowBe4 portal and go to [Account Settings](https://training.knowbe4.com/ui/account/info).
2. Underneath **Account Integrations**, go to **API**.
3. Ensure **Enable Reporting API Access** is toggled on.
4. Click into the [Reporting API](https://training.knowbe4.com/app/api_tokens/reporting?per=25&page=1) and **create New API Token.**
5. Name the token **Calero Reporting**.
6. Copy/save the following field(s) for use when onboarding this Integration:
  - **API key**
7. Next, determine the region to so Calero can determine the Base URL. You will need to know this information when onboarding this Integration.
  - Accounts on the US server (located at [training.knowbe4.com](http://training.knowbe4.com)) must use the Base URL of [https://us.api.knowbe4.com.](https://us.api.knowbe4.com.)
  - Accounts on the EU server (located at [eu.knowbe4.com](http://eu.knowbe4.com)) must use [https://eu.api.knowbe4.com.](https://eu.api.knowbe4.com.)
  - Accounts on the CA server (located at [ca.knowbe4.com](http://ca.knowbe4.com)) must use [https://ca.api.knowbe4.com.](https://ca.api.knowbe4.com.)
  - Accounts on the UK server (located at [uk.knowbe4.com](http://uk.knowbe4.com)) must use [https://uk.api.knowbe4.com.](https://uk.api.knowbe4.com.)
  - Accounts on the DE server (located at [de.knowbe4.com](http://de.knowbe4.com)) must use [https://de.api.knowbe4.com.](https://de.api.knowbe4.com.)

## Onboard This Integration

1. Go to **SaaS Management > Applications.**
2. Select **Add Integration**.
3. From the **Vendors** tab, select the card with the **vendor's name.**
4. From the **API** tab, enter the field(s) you copy/saved above.
5. If your company has more than one instance (or “tenant”) of this application, you will also be prompted for a **Connection Alias**.
6. Select the **Authorize** button.

> You will now be redirected to the [Integrations](/v1/docs/integrations) page in Calero.com, where the data sync will continue in the background, and you can monitor progress.
