This is a Managed App Connector.


Prerequisites

The Five9 connector requires admin level access to be able to connect and retrieve the SaaS data.

Collect Required Information from Vendor

Calero.com will need the following information to authorize your Five9 account.

  • Data Center — This will be used to build the base URL for collecting the data from your Five9 account.

    • Data Center can be chosen based on the following rules:

      • Accounts in US server must use the Data Center of com

      • Accounts in Europe must use eu

      • Accounts in Canada must use ca

  • Username & Password — This will be used to connect to the account using Basic Authentication. We will use these details to authorize for each request that is sent.

Onboard This Managed App Connector

  1. Go to SaaS Management > Applications.
  2. Select Add Integration.
  3. From the Vendors tab, select the card with the vendor's name.
  4. Enter a Connection Alias if your company has more than one instance (or “tenant”) of this application.
  5. Select the Authorize button.
  6. You will be redirected to the vendor portal login page.
  7. Enter your administrator credentials and sign in.
  8. Within the vendor portal, authorize the Calero.com application to fetch data.

SUCCESS!

You will now be redirected to the Integrations page in Calero.com, where the data sync will continue in the background, and you can monitor progress.


SUGGESTION:
Access Help through your Calero.com instance if links between articles return errors or if there are fewer sections in the Help menu than expected. Doing so will ensure you see all Help articles.
